Abreez Fitness is a 24-HOUR MEMBER ACCESS fitness center. Any time, day or night, members have full access to our complete gym equipment! Been looking for a place to work out that is just for women? Abreez Fitness is "solely for women." Come see what we have to offer. We're conveniently located in Rapid Valley beneath Sally O'Malley's Pub. Our equipment
We are proud to have 9 Hydraulic Circuit Training Machines: Inner-Outer Thigh; Rotary Torso; Shoulder Press/Pull; Leg Press; AB/Back; Bicep/Tri-cep; Leg Curl; Chest Press/Row and Pec Deck/Rear Delt. We also have 9 Bounce/Cardio Boards, 2 Tread Mills (Marathon Impact Quality), 2 Elliptical Machines (Low Impact), 1 Recumbent Bike (No Impact) and 1 Stair Climber (Ms. Butt Cruncher). We also have Free Weights, Weight Bands and Pilate Balls. Our equipment is top quality and maintained to the highest standards for your safety.

BodyWorks
BodyWorks is now open at Abreez Fitness. Get a great tan in 1/2 the time as typical beds with our new ETS SunStar 432 3F Tanning Beds. These tanning beds are taking the tanning industry by storm. They give a new meaning to the word "tan". With the 160 watt Wolff system lamps in the canopy and an optional Xtreme reflection facial and body-cooling system, tanners across the nation have begun choosing this tanning bed for their quick 12-minute tanning sessions. BodyWorks is open to both men and women. Our tanning hours are: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 8:00pm; Friday and Saturday, 8:00am to 6:00pm and Sunday, Noon to 6:00pm.
